Tried the best to stay cool and do a couple of minor things around the house
Doctors app. at 8.30am as well, just for scripts
Graham and l did food shopping also for our homes and picked up and posted KK present
Got home eat a roll and rested
Didnt sleep well at all that night, l think maybe 4 hours
